Segev Food International offers an extended line of Gelatin products. We specialize in Kosher Certified Bovine Gelatin and Kosher Certified Fish Gelatin products.
Our Gelatin products are used in different edible applications such as dairy beverages, yogurts, marshmallows, gummies, candies, nutrition bars, and alcoholic beverages.

Gelatin Offerings
Our Gelatin is available as Kosher Certified, and also as non-Kosher.
Like all gelatins, our Gelatin product offerings are produced from collagen, meaning they are not vegetarian kosher gelatins nor vegan gelatins.
The Gelatin options offered are derived from either Bovine or Fish, in different Bloom and Mesh variences.
Kosher Specialization
We offer Kosher Bovine Gelatin that is OK certified via a special Rabbinical production supervision and cooperation with PB Gelatin (a renowned global producer of Gelatin). The Kosher Bovine Gelatin is also OU approved.
We also offer Kosher Fish Gelatin that is OU certified.
